These miniatures come with plastic 32mm bases by default. Each variant comes with all arms by default. Additional quantities of the same model do not add additional arms, the intent being to help use the extra pieces and include each of the body variants instead.
Variants are connected to the photos so if you're not sure which is which, select one and it will show you! Each model has a full skirt, just the sarong (waist drapery), or no skirt pieces options.
